Why telemarketing?

Telemarketing is a hugely effective way of connecting with your ideal clients to generate highly engaged and qualified leads and appointments. Telemarketing and should be a key part of a business development strategy for many businesses.

It’s one of the only marketing channels that gives you a high degree of control at the point of delivery. Not only can you influence the prospect’s reactions in real time by your choice of words, but you can pro-actively tailor your message and approach as the conversation progresses.

Telemarketing is one of the few marketing channels where you get immediate feedback. The prospect will often let you know whether they like what you are saying or not, and you generally know at the end of the call whether they are interested! .

How does it work?

When you work with us you’ll be assigned specific team members who will get to know you, and your business really well. (You’ll get to know them too!) We work hard to capture the voice and approach that you’d expect from an internal sales team. We pride ourselves on becoming an integral part of your team – like an outsourced-inhouse sales team!

When we call on your behalf, we do so just as if we worked for your company directly, so we’re calling ‘from ABC Engineering’, not from CleverVine. So we’re building the prospect’s relationship with your company from the very beginning.

If you have a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system already, we can work on it, or if you don’t have one we will help you to set up a free Hubspot account. Either way this means you can see the details of every call, email and action in real time. We call out from our phone system, using a unique virtual number that matches your location. We also operate that number as an inbound line to field any returned calls, which is answered with your company name, even on days when we’re not actively working on your account.

How much does it cost?

There’s an Onboarding fee of £549 plus VAT which covers all aspects of our discovery process, planning, project set-up plus a day of test calls. Each day of calling/activity is invoiced at £310 plus VAT on a monthly basis. We agree with you in advance how many days of activity per week or month will be needed to achieve your objectives. This daily rate includes all UK call costs plus the operation of the inbound line during working hours. There are no hidden or extra costs.

Each day of activity can (and very often does) include one to one email activity too, this is included in the same day rate.We can also include LinkedIn messaging where appropriate.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No! There’s no lengthy contract and you can increase or decrease the amount of support required as necessary with 30 days notice.

We do ask however that you assess any marketing activities over a minimum 3-month period to see the full benefits of the activity being carried out. Some opportunities will be a ‘slower burn’ and will need time to be nurtured to the point of converting to a qualified opportunity.
